Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles, including cars and bikes. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for tracking daily vehicle usage, ensuring optimal fuel consumption, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal requirements.

This role also involves working closely with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of all necessary documents, including insurance paperwork and maintenance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Tracking & Management: Monitor and track daily usage of all cars and bikes in the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Fuel Management: Track daily fuel consumption across the fleet using specialized software to generate detailed reports, identifying trends and opportunities for fuel efficiency improvements.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured, and that all required documentation from suppliers is received on time and in good order, including insurance policies, maintenance records, and registration details.

Reporting: Use fleet management software to generate regular reports on vehicle performance, fuel usage, and maintenance status. Analyze these reports to identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of required parts, services, and documentation. Maintain strong relationships with external service providers to ensure quality and timely support for the fleet.

Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the regular maintenance schedules of all fleet vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.

Cost Control: Monitor and manage the fleet budget, analyzing fuel costs, maintenance expenses, and other operational costs to maximize the efficiency and profitability of the fleet.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all fleet vehicles meet safety standards and legal requirements, including regular inspections and compliance with insurance and local regulatory guidelines.

Fleet Expansion & Upgrades: Manage the introduction of new vehicles to the fleet and oversee the disposal or replacement of outdated vehicles.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle tracking systems and fleet management software.
Experience with fuel management and cost optimization.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and team members.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to fleet operation and vehicle insurance.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics (preferred).
