Referral Program Policy

A. Policy Brief and Objective

The objective of this policy is to incentivize our community to refer new clients to our services, ensuring mutual benefit and growth. The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines and procedures for our Referral Program. This policy aims to ensure a seamless referral process for both the Referrer and Referred Person.

B. Scope

This Referral Policy applies to all individuals who refer clients to our company.

C. Referral Process

1) Application Submission:

• Interested individuals (Referrers) will apply through our website’s referral page.
• The referral page will collect the following details:
  • Referrer’s Information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email
    • Location
  • Referred Person’s Information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email
    • Location

2) Referral Criteria:

• The Referrer will be eligible for a reward of UGX 10,000 per successful connection.
• A connection is considered successful only when the referred person has officially connected as a client.

3) Payment Process:

• Payments will be made via mobile money.
• The payment will be processed within 7 days after the successful connection of the referred client.
• Referrers must ensure their mobile money details are accurately provided during the application process to avoid payment delays.

D. Terms and Conditions

• 1) Eligibility:
  • The Referral Program is open to all individuals who complete the referral application process on our website.
• 2) Referral Validity:
  • Each Referral will be valid for 60 days from the date of application.
  • If the referred person does not become a client within this period, the referral will be considered expired, and no payment will be made.
• 3) Fraudulent Activity:
  • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to providing false information, will result in disqualification from the referral program.
  • The company reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
• 4) Modification and Termination:
  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any modifications will be communicated through our website.
• 5) Payment Disputes:
  • Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Disputes can be raised by contacting our support team via email or phone.
