Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) internet connections at customer premises.
- Ensure proper placement, termination and testing of fiber optic cables.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with FTTH installations and connections.
- Perform maintenance checks to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal network performance.
- Communicate professionally with customers, providing guidance on product usage and features.
- Safely handle tools and equipment required for installation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Age: 20-30 years old.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle (mandatory).
- Valid riding permit (an added advantage).
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain high professional standards.
